I originally set out to do some Red Velvet Mini Cakes I’d seen on this blog , however, between one thing and the other, the cake came out pretty thin so I just rolled it up. It’s funny how I sometimes bake when I’m under stress to chill out a little, but I can’t bake when I’m under stress. And today I was under A LOT of it.
PS: The cake was still really really good!
