Last night’s death toll also included some herb pizza crusts that Mr. Disaster was experimenting with. Needless to say, they didn’t come out right. After midnight, when I saw that it just wasn’t going anywhere and we still had no pizza, I sent him home, pizza doughs and all. This morning, however, I still had the tomato sauce stored in the fridge, and bags of pancetta cubes and cheese making it company. Not to mention, I still had the craving for pizza. I’d made it before at school with the supervision of my professor, but this was the first time making it by myself at home. Another success.
