Pink Macarons filled with Dark Chocolate Ganache <3
I used the Italian Meringue variation of the recipe this time. They’re smoother, but flatter and with smaller feet. I’m not sure how much I prefer this recipe to the traditional one, it’s messier and more complicated (though not by a lot.). Macarons are really not hard to make, as long as you have all your ingredients measured out and the right equipment, and patience. I do love the results, and the Italian Meringue batter was sooo delicious!
